Photographer and Event Organizer Services: If you have paid for services such as bookings or event management through Fotny, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction to request a refund. Refunds for these services are subject to the terms agreed upon with the photographer or event organizer.
b. Online Events
Event Access: If you purchased access to an online event and are unable to attend or access the event due to technical issues on our part, please contact us within 7 days after the event date for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email us at info@fotny.com with your refund request. Include details such as your order number, the reason for the refund, and any relevant supporting documentation.
- Review: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. We may request additional information if needed.
- Resolution: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Fees for Services Rendered: If services have been rendered or completed, refunds are not available.
- Digital Goods: Any digital goods or downloadable content are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
